Welcome to Pabeena. By using this website and placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you shop with us.
1. Products and pricing
- Our jewellery is imitation and hand-finished. Small variations between pieces are part of how they are made.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and can change without notice.
- We may update or discontinue a design at any time.
2. Orders and payment
- Your order is confirmed by email once payment goes through. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Payments are handled by secure third-party gateways. We never see or store your card details.
- If a payment fails, the order is not placed.
3. Shipping and delivery
- Dispatch times, delivery times and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping policy.
- Delays caused by couriers, weather or local restrictions are outside our control, though we will chase a stuck parcel for you.
- Please check your address before you pay. We cannot be responsible for a parcel delivered to an address given to us incorrectly.
4. Exchanges
- We offer exchange only — we do not process refunds.
- You have 7 days from delivery to exchange a piece for any reason, as long as it is unworn, unused and in its original packaging with tags intact. A coupon or a sale price makes no difference.
- If a piece arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we replace it at no cost.
- Customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged.

5. Cancellations
- An order can be cancelled at any time before it is dispatched — message us and we will stop it.
- Once a parcel has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and the exchange terms above apply instead.
6. Intellectual property
- All designs, photographs and text on this website belong to Pabeena.
- Please do not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.
7. Care and liability
- Our pieces are gold-plated and hand-finished. They are meant for occasional wear and need the care set out on our Jewellery care page.
- We cannot be held liable for an allergic reaction, or for damage caused by wear, water, perfume or mishandling after delivery.
