Shipping policy
Every Pabeena piece is checked by hand before it leaves us, and packed in our own box.
Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
- Delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch for most pincodes, and up to 8 for remote ones.
- Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
- Made-to-order pieces take longer. We tell you how long before you pay.
Shipping charges
- Free across India on orders above ₹1,499.
- Below that it is a flat ₹99 — the same whether you pay online or by cash on delivery.
- Whatever applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added later.
Tracking
The moment your parcel is dispatched you get a tracking link on WhatsApp, SMS and email. You can also track your order here.
If something is wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the piece and the packaging — an unboxing video helps most of all. We replace it, and you pay nothing.
Delays
Couriers, weather and local restrictions are not in our hands. If your parcel is stuck, message us and we will chase it for you.
