What happens after you order
- Order placedYou get a confirmation email straight away.
- Packed and dispatchedWithin 1–2 working days. Your tracking number arrives by email and SMS the moment the parcel leaves.
- In transit3–5 working days for most pincodes, and up to 8 for remote ones.
- DeliveredCash on delivery is collected at the door. Prepaid orders need nothing at delivery.
If the parcel has stopped moving
Couriers sometimes go quiet for a day, which is normal. If nothing has changed for 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp or email support@pabeena.in with your order number and we will chase it with the courier ourselves.
