Warranty

Every Pabeena piece comes with a one-year plating warranty. If the gold plating wears off or the finish changes colour under normal wear, we make it right.

What is covered

• Plating that fades, peels or wears through within 12 months of delivery.
• Discolouration of the finish under normal wear.
• Stones that come loose without any knock or impact.

What is not covered

• Damage from a fall, impact, bending or pulling.
• Wear caused by water, sweat, perfume, lotion, sanitiser or chemicals. Our Jewellery care page explains how to keep plating at its best.
• Natural softening of an antique or oxidised finish, which is part of how these finishes age.
• Lost pieces, or pieces repaired or altered by someone else.

How to claim

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 90843 98518 or email support@pabeena.in with your order number and clear photos of the piece.
2. We review your claim within 48 hours and tell you whether it is covered.
3. If it is, we tell you where to send the piece. Once it reaches us, we repair or replace it, or replace it with a piece of equal value if the design is no longer made, and ship it back to you free.

You cover the cost of sending the piece to us. Please do not post anything before we confirm the claim.

This warranty is in addition to your 7-day exchange and does not affect your rights under Indian consumer law.
